Valentine Cards and Cookie Recipe

Hello crafter's, Tomorrow is Valentines Day. So, I wanted to share with the card that I made my mom. Unfortunately, my Internet has been down for several days. So, I am at my daughter's so that I can get this posted. So will try to make this a quick post.

Next, I would like to show you the adorable Valentine card that my sweet crafty friend Meghan sent me.

Oh, my goodness, Is that not Adorable! It was such a nice surprise.
She is just the sweetest. Thank you, Meghan!!!

There is a link to her blog on my right sidebar.

We had our Valentine Banquet at Church this past Sunday. I took a   spinach salad and Lemon Crackle Cookies.

So I wanted to share with you the recipe for the cookies.

Lemon Crackle Cookies

Lemon Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Zest of one lemon
juice of one lemon
1/3 cup powdered sugar

Mix eggs, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and cake mix in large bowl.

Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes

Roll Tablespoon size balls of dough in powdered sugar
Coat well and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 9 minutes at 375.  Will make around 24 cookies.

I did make these a little larger this time. I made 3 dozen. I almost forgot to take a picture. I had saved a few back to give to my mom. So snapped a picture of one.

That's all from me today. If you try this super easy cookie recipe, come back and let me know how you liked it.

Hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day. God bless!
