Anniversary Card

One of my sister's was In need of a Anniversary Card for a friend and ask me If I could make her one.

I had told her that I probably wouldn't be able to find the time. But I knew that I would. So surprised her with this.

This was my first time using the Tin Tile Embossing Folder. I love It. I have always wanted tin tiles for my kitchen ceiling. Love the look of them.

Planning on making several cards this month. But I do have a surgery coming up sometime. So not sure yet how much I will get to create. Hope you can make It back and please leave a comment so that I can come visit your blog. Thanks for stopping by.

Petal Palette Make a Wish Card

Hello, Hope you are are doing good and maybe finding a little crafty time.

I have been in pain for the past few days. I have a nerve or strained  something in my shoulder and arm. It has been so bad. Fought back tears a few times.

Can't lift my arm. I had to miss Church this morning because of it.
Hopefully it won't last to much longer. Nothing seems to be helping.

So thought I would get this post up.Wanted to share a card that I made for one of my sister's for her birthday.

Happy Mother's Day Card

Today is Mother's Day. Pretty Chilly this morning, Have my warm cup of coffee. They are calling for spotty rain. At least it's not suppose to rain all day. Wanted to share with you the card that I made my Mom for Mother's Day.

So here Is the card that I made for her.

I really enjoyed making this card and love the paper I used from a paper pack I had. thought It went perfect with this card.

My coloring on the bird Isn't the best. My aqua painter has about had It. You can tell It made brush stroke marks on It. But thought It kind of worked on the bird. Made It look a little like feather's.
I used an acrylic block and added Ink and a touch of alcohol. Then used my aqua brush to paint It on. No water in the brush. I stamped the bird on shimmer paper

I will be leaving soon for Church, when I get home I will be making a lemon cake and some pasta salad. Having a pitch In Supper at my Mom's later.

Thank you all for stopping by, hope you enjoyed seeing my card.

To all you Mom's out there, Happy Mother's Day!  Happy Day to you all and God bless!
