Hello, Today is Thursday, the last day of April. This month has flew by. The other day I was on facebook and seen where someone was asking if you could send birthday cards to a boy named Logan.
His birthday is tomorrow. He will be turning 12. He is in the hospital and has the Covid 19 virus and Pneumonia. I feel so bad for him. So of course I wanted to make him a card and wanted to share it with you all.
For his card I grabbed one of my older wood mounted stamp sets from Stampin Up called Crab and Company. Colored the Images with my Master's Touch Markers. So far I only have two red markers. So I tried my best to make the two colors work. I think they look o.k.
I sure hope this card brings him a smile. He is in my prayers and if you could also say a prayer for him that would be great.
This is a quick post for me today because I am having severe neck and back pain. Just put on a Therapy heat wrap on my neck. Sure hope it helps.
Thanks so much for stopping by and stay safe!

Little Quarantined Piggy "Say's Thanks"
Hello and welcome to my blog. I have been busy in my craft room and wanted to share with you the cute little card that I made.
I made this card for my Niece Amy. Early Easter morning she knocked on our door and brought us food for our Easter dinner.
She had made all sorts of things, even dirt pudding for dessert. She had also made dinner for several other families.
She went to so much trouble to make sure that others had Easter dinner and I am Thankful and totally blessed to have her for my Niece. Such a loving and giving heart.
So to thank her, I am sending her this cute little quarantined piggy card. I really enjoyed making this for her.
I used the Stampin Up This Little Piggy Stamp Set. That just retired. They are still available while quantities last.
I stamped the head a second time and cut it out so I could put the mask on. You can't tell but I scored three lines on it to look more like a mask.
I colored the pig with a Master's Touch alcohol marker. I don't have a lot of markers yet, but was so glad that I had a good pink color to use.
The Inside of the card I stamped " Say's Thanks" that also comes with this set.
Well that's all I have to share with you today. Thanks so much for stopping by and would LOVE for you to leave a comment. If you do, I will make sure to come visit you.
Hope you all are safe and well in your homes. Blessings to you all!

Little boxes
Hello, It's a gorgeous Monday afternoon here in Indiana. The kids are outside playing frisbee.
Yes, today is Monday just in case any of you need a reminder. I have been forgetting what day of the week it is and so has my husband. I don't think we are the only ones.
Hope you all are well. I have been spending more time in my craft room . Crafting is a nice getaway from all the problems that are going on.
My grand daughter had been saying that she would like some Abreva. So I got one for her and one for my daughter and thought it would be fun to put them in little box's.
For as fast as I made these, I think they turned out cute, The greenbox was made with Old Olive cardstock. Don't remember where I got the lavender flower paper. The yellow flower paper is Stampin Up.
The butterfly, bird and the sentiment Happier because of you are all Stampin Up. Hello is from Crafter's Companion.
I used the Itty Bitty background stamp from S.U. for the speckles on the stitched circles. Markers used are Bashful Blue and So Saffron Also added blue satin ribbon, jute twine and some tiny clothespins.
This is a quick post for me. Going to grab my coffee and head back to the craft room. Hope you all are getting some crafty time in to.
Would love for you to come back for another visit.
Stay safe and God bless!

Easter Card and Crocheted Basket
Good morning, Hope you all are well and safe during
these crazy times.
For today I want to share a sweet little Easter Card that I have made my Mom. I was planning on posting this tomorrow on Easter. But thought I might be to busy with my family and focusing on worship and praise to Jesus.
Since I can't go to Church service this year. Will be having sun rise service on our front porch. Hopefully the weather will be nice. So here is my card.
I purchased this cute stamp set called Honeycomb Happiness from Stampin Up on e-bay. I got a great deal on it.
If you seen my last post, I also used it on a Easter treat box. I think it's just adorable and looking forward to making some more cards with it.
I colored the little chick with Master's Touch alcohol marker's. The base of the card was made using a Spilbinders die.
I thought it turned out so cute, I'm sure my Mom will love it.
Awhile back my grand daughter Scarlett ask me if I could make her a basket to sit on her dresser to put some of her things in and that she would like the color yellow.
So I searched around and didn't really see any chunky yarn in a bright yellow. But found some called Honeycomb Uber Luxe by Yarn Bee at Hobby Lobby.
Not sure if I like the yarn I chose. It's a little to fuzzy I think, but it does have a nice shine to it.
Hope she will like it. I will be using it for her Easter basket this year.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you can make it back for another visit. Would love for you to leave a comment. If you do I will come visit you. May God bless you and keep you safe.
Happy Easter to you all

Sweet Easter Boxes & Bunny Ears for Posey
Hello crafters. Thank you for stopping by my blog. Hope you all are doing o.k. through these difficult and scary times with this virus.
Just found out yesterday that our schools have closed for rest of the year. The grandkids having been doing their e- learning. I think there has been three reported cases so far in our county.
We all have never experienced anything like this before. Just praying for the one's that have it, that they will recover and for the families that have lost loved one's all over the world. Praying that it ends soon.
Even though these are scary and uncertain times. I know our Father in Heaven is in control.
So I better get to my post. For today I wanted to share with you a couple of little treat boxes that I made to put in my grand children's Easter baskets.
For the first one I used the stamp set Honeycomb Happiness from Stampin Up. I just recently purchased it off of ebay for only $2.00. That's an amazing price and it was brand new. I think shipping was only $2.88. I was truly shocked that I got it for that price.
Colored that cute image with some new alcohol markers that I recently purchased from Hobby Lobby. They are called Master's Touch.
The bunny image I found on pinterest under free Easter Images. I cut it out in Cricut Design Space. The egg shape I found in design space.
Used the stamp set Itty Bitty Backgrounds to stamp the little circles in versa mark and then I embossed it with clear embossing powder.
I have only colored a few times with alcohol markers. Still need lots of practice.
The marker colors used were
#38 Pale Yellow
#37 Pastel Yellow
#44 Fresh Yellow
#32 Deep Yellow
Cardstocks used are S.U. Certainley Celery and the blue is from Hobby Lobby. Don't remember where I got the papers. The flower one is called Lavender Rosebud
Also used a stitched oval and square die
To make bag-
Cardstock 5 1/4 x 11
On the 5 1/4th side score at 1" and 4 1/4"
turn to long side, score at 5" and 6"
Then on all the corners score at the 1" marks just down to the first score line. Hope that makes since and then cut out all 4 corners.
For the handle,Use a oval die and use a piece of washi tape to hold it down. When you run it through your cuttlebug or big shot. Just put the top plate over the part you want to cut.
I always use my old Cuttlebug to cut things out and use my bigshot for embossing.
Use a smaller oval to cut out inside of handle. Once you do the first one you can place both sides together and trace with pencil where the second one should be. So both sides will match up.
(Hope that makes since.)
It should now look like the picture shown.
You will need two pieces of paper cut at 3 1/4th x 3" for front and back. I put it on before I put it together.
Now add adhesive
That's It. Just decorate the front how you like. I added a little piece of blue shiny Easter ribbon to the chick one, I loved how easy these were to make.
This will be perfect to put some goodies in for my grand kids Easter baskets.
I also wanted to share with you something that my daughter ask me to make for her.
She ask me if I could make some crocheted bunny ears for her pet possum. Yes, I said pet possum. Her name is Posey.
Now I'm not great at crocheting and this was a challenge for me. She ask for something she could tie around her neck but not touch her ears.
I have to say I was a bit stressed, but now I am glad that I challenged myself. I do think they turned out pretty cute. Even cuter with the added ribbons.
She didn't send me a picture of her in the ears like I ask her to. So I thought I would share a picture of Posey.
She found her when she was very tiny, only a few inches long with her Mom and other babies.
The Mom and other babies had all died. So my daughter took her in a cared for her and she has been a part of their family ever since. She gets along well with their two cats. She even has her own facebook page.
Well that's all from me today. Thank you for stopping by. I will be sharing another Easter project soon.
Hope you can make it back.
Praying for you all to stay safe, healthy and happy.
