New Card to Share!

Hi, Just thought I'd share a Card with you that I just made for a Friends Birthday! I used a Retired Stamp Set  from Stampin Up called Baraque Motifs. I just bought this set off of someone from The Scrap Yard. It's a place on Facebook that people can Sale or Buy Crafty things. I had always wanted to get this Stamp Set. But always thought it was to Expensive. So when I seen it for $8.00 and that was including Shipping. I knew that I had to get it. The Cardstock that I used was Lavender Lace, Certainly Celery, Summer Sun and Whisper White. Inks- Lavender Lace and Certainly Celery.The Butterflies are from Stampin Up, called Embosslits Beautiful Wings Die. Added three little Green Gems to the Largest Butterfly. The Top Note Die is from Stampin Up. Used Stampin Up Scallop Oval Punch and Large Oval Punch. The Birthday Wishes Stamp is from a Stampin Up Set called Sencere Salutations. Also added a little Dazzling Diamonds to the flowers. I think it turned out Pretty. My favorite colors are Purple and Green.  I am going to enter this Card into a Challenge over at http://www.thepapergirlschallenge.blogspot.com/  The Challenge is to make  something for a Birthday. I just recently found this Blog and I'm excited to be a part of the challenge. The deadline is August 18th. Just in case you would like to make something. Cute way to Store Twine!

Hi Crafty Friends! I haven't posted for a few weeks! Been so busy with Work, Grandkids and not been feeling to good. I have been working on a Project for an up coming Blog Hop that I'm going to be in, So I don't have anything that I have Created to Share with you. So I thought I would show you a Cute way to Store your Twine. I went to a Yard Sale a Few weeks ago and seen this Sugar Jar and thought it that would be perfect for holding Twine. I Love It! Happy 4th of July!!!

Hello and Happy 4th of July to you! I can't get over that it is already July! Before we know it, It will be Christmas. It is so Hot here. I wouldn't mind a little snow today. Thought I would share a couple of Bookmarks that I made for two of my Nieces. They were both born on the 4th of July. No they are not twins. And both of their names start with A. I Cut the Book Marks from the Sweet treats Cartridge and the A was cut from the Storybook Cartridge. I usually make them a Card, but thought they would get more use out of Bookmarks and they were so easy to make. Now I will have to make some more for all of my other Nieces.

  Also wanted to share a photo of the hair Barrette that I made for my little Grand Daughter Scarlett  to wear today for the 4th of July. Sorry the picture is a little Blurry. She wouldn't stop moving for me to take a clearer  picture. (It's really hard for 5 year old's to hold still). The Roses are made from 3 inch squares of felt. It was my first time trying to make felt flowers. So there not perfect. But she really likes it. That's all that counts! Glad you stopped by my blog. Watermelon Card!

Hi all, Hoping your having a wonderful Day! Wanted to Share a Card that I just made for my Sister Tammy's Birthday. I can't get over how easy this Card was to make. I cut the Circles out from the Storybook Cartridge,The Scallop I think was from from Gypsy Wanderings, I had looked at several different Scallop's. But I think that is the one I choose. and the Watermelon Seeds were cut from The Child's Year Cartridge. I added a Black Button and some Hemp Twine and Sponged around the outside edge with S.U. Close to Cocoa Ink. Super Easy! My Favorite Way! The Stamps that I used for the Inside reads " Hope you have a Sweet Celebration" and Happy Birthday! I think it turned out Cute!  I am entering this Card in the My Craft Spot  Hot Summer Colors Challenge and I am also entering this in the Challenge me Monday Challenge over at fantabulouscricut  The Challenge Is BBQ Time. Two Father's Day Cards and Winner of my Blog Candy!!!

Hi,and Thanks for stopping by my Blog today! It is so Hot outside today here in Indiana. Going to be 94 degrees. Way to hot for me. So my plans for today are to make some Sweet Tea and make some Cards. First thing that I want to share with you today is a Couple of Father's Day Cards.

The First Card is the one that I made for my Dad. I got this plaid paper at Michaels. As soon as I seen it I thought of my Dad. He is always wearing these kind of Shirts. Had a terrible time with my White Pen. Just couldn't seem to get the Ink out very good.( If anyone has any tips on to get the Ink out better, I would sure love to know.)  That is an old Gift Card that I stuck in there,just to take the picture. I actually ended up putting Cash in it.

  
This Father's Day Card was made by my Grand Children (with my help) to give to there Papaw. They laughed while making it. Because Papaw has a Mustache to. The letters are from the Mickey Font Cartridge and we used the Seeing Spots Embossing Folder. I hand drew the Mustache and Cut it out. We had a lot of Fun making this Card.

For my First Project I made a Card for my little Grandson Walker for his Kindergarten Graduation. I used the Everyday Paper Dolls Cartridge. This is a Great Cartridge and  I use it all of the time. There are so many Great Images on It. The Banner is from The Wild Card Cartridge! Another Great Cartridge!  I used the Seeing Spots Embossing Folder.  Hope you like It!

        

For my next Project I made a Thank You Card and matching Note Pad Holder to give to my Grandson's Teacher. I used the Create a Critter Cartridge. This is one of my Favorite Cricut Cartridges.  I used the Adorable little Apple and used the Swiss Dots Embossing Folder  I thought they turned out Cute and I hope you all like it to.
