White Cardinal Christmas Card

Today will be my last post for this year. I think this year went by faster than any before. It's been a tough year, especially with the passing of my mom. I'm glad that it's coming to an end. Hoping for better times in the new year ahead.

I have one more Christmas card to share with you. I made four of these cards for my sisters.

I knew that I wanted to use this bird stamp for my cards this year but didn't want to take the time to color them in so I decided that I would just go with white embossing.

Here is a list of supplies used

Stamps- S.U. Christmas Toile & S.U. Wonderland

Cardstock- S.U. Real Red and Kraft

S.U. White embossing powder, Versa Mark

Red sequins

Thought I would share another recipe with you all. This one is for Italian Cheese Bombs. These are pretty easy to make and goes well with spaghetti or your favorite Italian dish. They are also good alone just for a snack.

Italian Cheese Bombs

1 Can of biscuits (8 count)

8 mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half

4 TBS butter melted

1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

1 tsp. garlic powder

Marinara sauce or pizza sauce for dipping

Preheat oven to 375

Open and separate biscuits, flatten into round shape. (Using hands, or rolling pen) I use a tall plastic cup

Add 2 pieces of cheese to center of biscuits, wrap biscuits around cheese. pinch together. Make sure it's sealed good.

Place biscuits seam side down on lightly sprayed baking sheet or use parchment paper

They will expand so leave enough space between them.

In small bowl combine melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix well

Generously coat tops of each biscuit. Bake for 10-12 minutes until they are a golden brown.

Serve and enjoy.

That's going to be it for me today. Hoping each and every one of you has a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New year!

Deer & Tree Christmas Card

Hello Crafter's, it's getting late at night but wanted to get this posted. It's pretty cold tonight. I think it's 23 degrees right now. I think the lows for the next two nights will be 16 and 14 degrees. Ugh! I hate cold weather but at least I have my electric blanket to warm me up.

For today I am sharing another simple Christmas card with you.

While looking through my Christmas stamps, I remembered that I have a three-ring binder with the small Studio G stamps, and several are for Christmas. Most of them I have never used.

So, I decided that it was time for me to use some of them.

Here is a list of supplies

Studio G- Deer and sentiment, Tree- Recollections (Winter Wonderland), Snowflakes Martha Stewart

Cardstock- Coredinations (evergreen) and white

Inks- S.U. Bashful Blue, Real Red, S.U. Stampin Write Markers,

Alcohol Markers

Stitched dies, Wink of Stella and Red Satin Ribbon.

Ripped white cardstock for snow and used a corner rounder for the card base

Santa & Reindeer Card

Today is the first day of December. This year has flown by, I have decided not to make a lot of Christmas cards this year. Will be making some for my sisters, daughter and nieces.

For the cards that I am making for my nieces I wanted to go with more simple cards but all different. Here is the first one that I have made.

This card will be going to a home with little children, so I wanted to have a Santa on it. I used a stamp from Inkadinkado called Holiday Silhouettes. The sentiment is also from the same set. Cardstocks used to make the little square Santa outfit S.U. Real Red, Yoyo Yellow, White and black. Also used a little piece of white pipe cleaner.

Thanks for stopping by. I will have more Christmas cards in the upcoming days. If you get a chance, please come back.
