Baby Bottle Shape Card

Hello, It's Tuesday and the sun Is shining and going to be warmer today. The grandkids are here, they are on Spring Break. We stayed up most of  the night. Had a good time. Laughing, playing cards,Grandaughter read from her newest book. Took silly pictures, Pizza and snacks.

I figured they will be spending most of their break with us. So I thought while they are still asleep I would make this quick post and share with you a baby card that I made for a baby shower.

This card was fun to make. Don't get to make to many baby cards. this card was going to be a shaker card but didn't have the colors of sequins that I wanted. So I decided not to. I think It's still cute.

Used the Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge

(To make the center of the bottle I took a Image of a zero and placed It in the middle of the bottle and just hid the center.) Perfect shape

Other supplies used-

Clear Accetate
1/2 inch Circle Punch  and also a stitched circle die

Stamp Sets- Short and Sweet (Stampin Up). It's a boy Is from a Martha Stewart Set

Cardstock- Kraft, Marina Mist, Creamy Caramel and Whisper White, (from my scrap cardstock tote.) Have really been doing good with using up my scraps of cardstock.

Used the Martha Stewart Score Board to make the lines In the cap of the bottle and used the 1/2 inch circle punch to make the milk.

Can't remember where I got the paper.

Even though It didn't turn out to be a shaker card in the end, I still think It turned out cute.

(Now It's time for me to go wake the grand kids up). I don't think I will be getting much sleep this week. Oh well, We will have fun making memories.

So nice of you to stop by. Please leave a comment so I can visit you. Have a wonderful week.

  1. What an adorable card - I don't get to make baby cards much either. I love your great idea about the center of the bottle. Enjoy your week of fun with the Grandkids - they grow up quick! Make lots of memories!
