Rose Garden Card

Hello,So happy you could stop by. It's Wednesday. Just got home from the eye doctor. My eyes are bothering me a little from being dilated. Looking forward to getting some new glasses.

Going to be going to Church tonight. they are going to be having my husbands cousin a surprise birthday party after the service.

Made her a card and of course I had to share It with you all.

First time using the die and just loved that It was so simple to make. I do wish I hadn't trimmed off the leaves. It's kind of bothering me. Bothering me a lot actually. But I hated  to start over and do It again since the card was finished before I really noticed.  Is that bad? Maybe she won't notice. (fingers crossed).

Well that's It for me.  Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and blessings to you all.

Baby Bottle Shape Card

Hello, It's Tuesday and the sun Is shining and going to be warmer today. The grandkids are here, they are on Spring Break. We stayed up most of  the night. Had a good time. Laughing, playing cards,Grandaughter read from her newest book. Took silly pictures, Pizza and snacks.

I figured they will be spending most of their break with us. So I thought while they are still asleep I would make this quick post and share with you a baby card that I made for a baby shower.

This card was fun to make. Don't get to make to many baby cards. this card was going to be a shaker card but didn't have the colors of sequins that I wanted. So I decided not to. I think It's still cute.

Used the Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge

(To make the center of the bottle I took a Image of a zero and placed It in the middle of the bottle and just hid the center.) Perfect shape

Other supplies used-

Clear Accetate
1/2 inch Circle Punch  and also a stitched circle die

Stamp Sets- Short and Sweet (Stampin Up). It's a boy Is from a Martha Stewart Set

Cardstock- Kraft, Marina Mist, Creamy Caramel and Whisper White, (from my scrap cardstock tote.) Have really been doing good with using up my scraps of cardstock.

Used the Martha Stewart Score Board to make the lines In the cap of the bottle and used the 1/2 inch circle punch to make the milk.

Can't remember where I got the paper.

Even though It didn't turn out to be a shaker card in the end, I still think It turned out cute.

(Now It's time for me to go wake the grand kids up). I don't think I will be getting much sleep this week. Oh well, We will have fun making memories.

So nice of you to stop by. Please leave a comment so I can visit you. Have a wonderful week.

Little Owl for my Craftroom

Hello Crafters. Hope you all are having a nice Tuesday. The sun Is shinning here today. About a week ago I opened up my new Cricut. Actually had It a good while but just now turning It on and getting It set up. So I am still learning and there Is a lot to learn. ( But I'm still going to use my Expression and Gypsy.)

For my first project to make I thought I would try something simple. Found this cute little Owl on there and It was one of the free Images and I love Owls. My craft room curtains even has Owls on them.

So thought I would share a picture of a little Owl that I made for my craftroom.

For my first project I thought It turned out pretty cute. There wasn't a shadow for this so I just cut out another piece of the main Image and made It a  little bigger. It's o.k. I do know there Is away to make shadows on design space. That's something I have on my list of things to learn.

Here Is a list of things I used to make this little Owl. (I think I cut It at 7 Inches.)

Owl- Free Image on Design Space
Card Stock- Wild Wasabi, More Mustard,Chocolate Chip,Very Vanilla. Bright green and gray from my scrap cardstock tote.
Stamps- Swirls- Recollections- Fun Borders
and the Spots are Prima
Little Scissors Die

Will be posting some other projects soon. Thanks for stopping by. Happy Day to you.

I won a Misti / Late Valentine Card

Hello crafty friends, Glad you could stop by. I am so Super Excited, I won a Misti and just received it a few days ago. I love It!!!

Rebekah, (IAMMAMA24) on YouTube, had a giveaway celebrating reaching 10,000 subscribers. The giveaway was called 10,000 reasons to celebrate hop/giveaway.

She had an awesome lineup of crafter's celebrating with her and also had wonderful Sponsors that offered the prizes.

I was so shocked to be one of the winners and of all things the Misti. The Sponsor for the Misti Is My Sweet Petunia. Great company, they got It sent right out to me.

My card for today is a Valentine Card; The Misti made It so easy to line up. Was planning on posting it on Valentines Day.  But I posted other Valentine projects and forgot to get this posted. Better late than never.

Here is a picture of the Misti, if you would like to check out Rebekah's YouTube channel here Is a link.

Cracker Style Treat Box's

Today Is Thursday and It's also Valentines Day. On this day last year. I was very sick and had been for several days. I had to go to the emergency room. Had to have Emergency Surgery the day after. After being gone for 2 months I finally got to come home. Doesn't seem like It's been a whole year.

I feel so blessed to be alive and to be able to spend this Valentines Day with my loved ones.

Wanted to share a few more Valentine projects that I made. Made these for my Grand Children to put some of there candies In.

These are Cracker Style Box's. I don't think I had ever made any before. I didn't embellish them very much because It's not something that they will be keeping.

These were made using the Envelope Punch Board. If you don't have one yet, I highly recommend getting one.

On my grand daughter's I did use a heart border punch on the ends

I found these on youtube, so If you would like to make some, head on over there. Look up Linda Parker. In the video she also creates two smaller boxes to put inside the cracker box. They are so cute!

(Love her Video's)!!! And If you love making boxes and bags as much as I do, you will love them to. She Is so talented.

These cracker boxes were so easy to make. Hope you try making them.

Well I guess that all from me today. Hope you have a nice day and Happy Valentines Day to you all.
